Terms of Agreement for A Design Story, LLC. E-Design Services:
1. E-Design is an online design consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes.
2. Client agrees to provide full information regarding the Client’s requirements for the Project.
3. A Design Story, LLC. will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care and the orderly process of the E-Design Project.
4. E-Design client agrees to correspond through online communication. A Design Story will not call your contact number unless a timely response is not made.
5. A Design Story, LLC. will not sell or give out your personal information. Your contact information, address, birth date, phone number or email address will only be used for our purposes and will never leave our files.
6. A Design Story, LLC. will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery, installation, or safety precautions in connection with the E-Design Project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the E-Design Project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion deadlines.
7. A Design Story, LLC. cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the E-Design Project.
8. E-design client agrees to provide “after” photos of the e-design project for A Design Story’s e-design portfolio.
9. E- Design client is aware that A Design Story, LLC. may share this e-design project on www.adesignstory.com blog, portfolio or with future clients.
10. Any e-design work submitted to you for your project is the property of A Design Story, LLC. and all copyrights and other proprietary rights applicable thereto remain at all times A Design Story, LLC. property.
