The Perfect Sofa

Everyone wants the perfect sofa. The one that lasts forever, goes with your space and lends itself to snuggly movie nights in!

I found a fantastic site you can go to for the ultimate sofa shopping experience. Sofasofa, is a fabulous source for finding the “perfect sofa”!

Having trouble picking out the perfect sofa? No worries… here’s a trusty tip!

Mainly, purchase the plainest, most neutral, and most classic sofa you can find. There are two reasons for this. One, you’ll get sick of a patterned, wild color sofa. Two, you can have the flexibility to change the look of a sofa with accessories (throws, pillows, etc).

Now for some inspiration to get you started on the right search…

You can’t go wrong in your formal living room with a Chesterfield style sofa. I used one in the design for the Pinehurst Presidential Suite. The two below are from Thomas Lloyd Collection and the Kirkdale Collection.

For your traditional sofa, you can go a multitude of directions. Check out this one from the Odeon Collection.

You can’t go wrong with a plush, more comfortable sofa with looser covers like these two from the Odeon Collection and

the Oakridge Direct Collection.
