WHO + WHAT
Created in 2010, A Design Story is a blog that features interior design ideas, fashion finds, adventures of mommyhood, diy projects, style tips, lifestyle advice & chic inspiration in a journal style setting. Although I took a break from 2014-2020 to start our family, I am back and ready to share my passions with the world! I like to think of my blog as a virtual sketchbook; a place for me to share & showcase my designs, projects inspiration, our own home’s happenings, hopes, dreams thoughts, ideas for kiddos, fashion finds, diy and craft projects, recipes, thrifting hunts and so much more! A Design Story is so much more than a blog to me, it’s turned into a place that I love.

I have worked hard and had 4 website design rehabs here at A Design Story. I finally have a site that I am totally smitten with. This website has been designed by both A Design Story and our website guru Clikwiz. The copying or mimicking of our design, content, graphics, logo or is prohibited.
FREEBIES + SCORES + GIVEAWAYS
A Design Story works and partners with brands from time to time on blog and social media endeavors. I am all about keeping it real, so when I am working with a brand for a specific reason, I will share it on the bottom of the blog post. I only work with brands and products we love and believe in. Occasionally I am asked to try out a new product to review, we will only take on the opportunities that fit the ADS brand. Again, I share those disclaimers at the bottom of those posts.
Gracious Giveaways happen from time to time on the blog. Brands contact me to give away items we select as a thank you to my beloved readers. I use Rafflecopter as the giveaway host to make it easy. I notify the winner(s) once the giveaway has ended via email. I usually give the winner(s) about 3 days to reply. If they do not reply, I ask Rafflecopter to reselect another winner.
