Welcome to our house tour!!
Our home is ALWAYS changing. It’s my canvas and the style and design is always improving & transforming. Our plan before we got married was to move into one of the homes Kevin already owned {with his friend} and was currently living in at the time. After his roommates moved out, we spent weeks painting, re-carpeting and getting this prepped for the move in. Then we realized, we would rather start off in something different. So, after we returned from our 2 week honeymoon, we grabbed a lovely 3 bedroom townhome that was on the market {thank goodness Kevin’s a realtor} and we moved in a few short weeks later! Almost 2.5 years later, we are still settling in!
Now, to get your foot in our door, it might help to you to walk through the floor plan before heading straight for the photos!
Our luxury townhome community is BEAUTIFUL and it is one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Sarasota. It’s beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Some perks we get to enjoy include: a fabulously heated saltwater pool & nice clubhouse, its maintenance free and built to withstand big hurricanes {total bonus when you are living in Florida}! Another thing I love about this community, it has back alley parking, which keeps the neighborhood looking clean and tidy! {We also have an amazing amount of storage and closets in this place}!
We plan on finding the perfect single family home soon, but in the meantime, we are having fun building memories here and buying up and rehabbing old houses in this beautiful town…
