March is for Green

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day and the onset of spring, we thought we would post some get our green on {you know, so we don’t get pinched}…

We don’t get crazy with St. Patrick’s Day around here… I mean we I wear green and a green dessert might be made, but we just don’t usually get any more festive than that… no holiday decorations come out for this day! I know, crazy right?!!!

We did think it might be fun to get our green on and show you some fun & favorite finds…

Here’s the breakdown for all this great green stuff…

1 Dessert Plate by CB2

2 Green Hourglass by Z Gallerie

3 Tea Towel by Crate & Barrel

4 Dinnerware Set by Crate & Barrel

5 Erasable Leaf Place Cards by Ballard Designs

6 Green Footed Bowl by Crate & Barrel

7 Cuff Candle Holder by CB2

8 Mint Green Canisters by Pier 1

9 Glass Knob by Anthropologie

10 Green Cube Accent Table by World Market

11 Ribbon Jewelry Stand by Urban Outfitters

 Green is such a versatile color to decorate with. It can be soft and soothing like sage or mint or energetic and vibrant like chartreuse or emerald. Reminiscent of nature, green is an easy hue to live with. {We have a post all about colors & effects, check it out for more on green}

Here are rooms employing some fresh green shades for you to enjoy… who doesn’t love some good green inspiration??

P.S. Want even more green? Check out last years Feeling Green post!

So, are you a ‘green’ person?? What hues do you love?? DO TELL.

Oh, and if you are not wearing green today… consider yourself virtually pinched!!

Loving green. I have got to go to Pier 1 and check those mint canisters out… adorable. I love your style of putting things together… you are adorable.

P.S. I love that lime green sideboard in the pic… cute!

Thanks Sarah, I am a big fan of green… the ‘right green’. The hubby needs convincing when it comes to the hue!! I love the canisters too… I might stop by and see them in person.. you know just to see 😉
