Summer Picnic Tablescapes
I love summer…. It’s my second favorite season (spring takes first). I love sandals, flip flops, going to the beach, vacations and having picnics. Awhile back, the team at Madhouse contacted me about their newest collection of fine paper dinnerware by Michael Aram. They offered to send me a box full of goodies to review. I thought it would be a perfect fit for the readers who love summer picnics & dinner parties as much as I do! So… here’s a few summer picnic tablescapes…
I decided to showcase each collection in a quick and easy picnic tablescape. I literally used tablecloths and decorative items that I already had, along with store bought flowers. The whole idea came from the fact that I love having picnics. I do. I really enjoy eating outside, looking at pretty scenery and being with family and friends. Usually our picnics involve grabbing our chairs, towels and coolers and heading out to the beach on a Friday or Sunday evening to enjoy the sunset and chat with friends and family. I always have it in the back of my head that picnics could be so much prettier than that… so I set out to show you fast and easy ways to do just that!
Thanks to my sweet mom and sister, the tablescape photoshoot went without a hitch! Let me show you what we came up with…
