Valentine’s Day has always been a favorite of mine. I love everything about it really, the flowers, the colors and the love. My precious valentine’s are my world and worth a million blog posts.
I am so blessed because I have the love of two boys in my life. My husband is my forever love, he’s my very best friend and the one that my heart skips a beat for. He’s so good to me, he is selfless, thoughtful and loyal to a fault. He was chosen by God specifically for me. He’s my world.
Then there’s this little boy who has completely stolen my heart. Every day with him is a true gift and I am so thankful the Lord chose me to be his mommy. He is my boy and I am his girl and I am cherishing this as one day there will be another girl in his life. This child is sweet, strong willed and a complete joy. He has taught me so much about life, contentment and God.
I am a big believer in showing love to my family and friends all year long. I do appreciate Valentine’s day because it’s an even greater reminder to share your love and gratitude for the one’s that enrich and make your life worth living. Love is truly all you need.
As for plans, since the toddler is 3 and not quite ready for a full out “nice dinner date”, we have a gift for him and we plan on having dinner at home with a yummy dessert and then watching the movie in his loot, “Trolls” {affiliate link}. This is the kind of Valentine’s date I always wished for… just my love, my baby and I.

Your family is adorable. I like the way you wrote about them in a loving way, it even made me jealous, lol. It’s a nice thing to be in love and let those in our lives be aware of our love for them.
I guess I’m reading this post late, though I will still go ahead and share my valentine’s experience. This year’s got me sharing time with my family as well, my sister had come in with her husband and adorable daughter, so it was fun filled for us all. Love is indeed is beautiful.
Regards to your family.
