Berry Bliss

Lately we have been lavished with summer weather here in Sarasota… it has been in the upper 80’s for about 2 weeks now. All we can think about is cooling down and planning light summer meals & snacks…

Kevin and I love fruit, but berries are our thing this time of year. There is nothing like fresh strawberries plain, with melted chocolate sprinkled on them or even with a yummy dessert biscuit and whip cream {of course gluten free}. I took a cue from this season’s fruit {strawberries} and drew up some inspiration…

You can use these cheerful shades to dress up an old wooden furniture piece, a few frames or even to pop some color into your space for the spring and summer seasons. If you are like me, you might even like to bring in these festive shades in your wardrobe to brighten things up a bit!
